You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Starter ($49): A one-time payment of $49 grants lifetime access to the base features as described at time of purchase, including 31 leads per month, 1 active funnel, 5 stored funnels, AI funnel generation, retargeting pixels (Facebook, Google, TikTok), and CSV lead export.
Pro ($149/year): An annual payment of $149 that includes the Starter Lifetime Deal plus additional Pro features. Pro features include 10,000 leads/month, custom domain, branding removal, GoHighLevel integration, webhooks, and up to 3 team members. Annual renewal is required to maintain Pro features.
What "Lifetime" Means: Your one-time $49 Starter payment grants you access to Starter features for as long as 1MinuteFunnel operates as a service. This applies whether you purchased Starter directly or as part of a Pro subscription.
Features Included: The Starter features you receive are those described at the time of your purchase. We may add features over time, but core functionality will not be reduced.

If We Discontinue Service: Should 1MinuteFunnel cease operations, we will provide at least 90 days notice and the ability to export your data.

What Happens When Pro Expires:
No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remainder of your billing period. Your Pro features remain active through the end of the paid term.
Re-subscribing: You may re-subscribe to Pro at any time to restore Pro features.

What We Retain: We retain anonymized, aggregate metrics (such as total funnels created, completion rates, and system performance data) that contain no personally identifiable information. This data helps us improve the Service.
Backup Retention: Your data may persist in encrypted offsite backups for up to 90 days after permanent deletion. These backups are not actively accessible and age out automatically.
Canceling Deletion: To cancel a pending deletion request within the 30-day window, contact us at with your account email.

How to Request a Refund: Contact us at within 90 days of your purchase. Please include your account email and order number.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
Starter Refund: If you request a refund of your Starter purchase, you will receive your $49 back and lose access to your Starter Lifetime Deal.
Pro Refund: If you purchased Pro ($149/year), you have two options:
Annual Pro Renewals: Pro renewals are eligible for refund within 90 days of the renewal charge. After 90 days, no partial refunds are available, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals. Since you already own the Starter Lifetime Deal from your original purchase, canceling or refunding a Pro renewal simply reverts you to Starter features.
Data Retention After Full Refund: Upon refund, your account is deactivated but your data is retained for 30 days. If you re-purchase within this period, your funnels, leads, and settings will be restored. After 30 days without repurchase, your data is permanently deleted.

You retain ownership of content you create and data you collect through the Service. You grant us a license to host and process this data to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from leads you collect.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use policy. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate without the 30-day recovery window. For lesser violations, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
